The tenant improvement includes a full renovation of the interior space into a very open, contemporary and renovated office for one of the biggest flooring companies in the United States.
Clean surfaces, sharp volumes, high ceilings, open areas, flexibility, natural light and possibility for future growth were some of the main goals to achieve during the design process.
The program includes: reception area, break room, conference rooms, sample library, gymnasium, two executive offices with private conference room, 18 employee offices and a warehouse area.
