The 284-unit, five acre project calls for three six-story interlocking buildings that combine to create five garden courtyards. The structures have a clean, rectilinear shape bathed in shades of white. The 70 foot tall buildings each contain recessed balconies and a dynamic facade of stucco, weathered steel and glass. The project will contain 40 custom floor plans from 563 to 2,579 square feet. There is also subterranean parking to keep cars cool during Vegas notoriously cruel summers.
