This 15,000 SF office building is located in El Cajon, California.

The existing building was old fashioned, low ceilings, carpet floorings, and poor layout in general. Our design approach and goal was to create more open high ceiling spaces with more flexibility for our client use. 

The projects has an area destinated for office/ meetings/ gym/ breakroom and another area for the warehouse.
